let us help you fight
application for financial assistance
When Jack was first diagnosed, we discovered the impact that treatment for pediatric cancer can cause a family emotionally and financially. Some examples include medical expenses, medications that are not covered by insurance, as well as lodging and gas for travel expenses. Families find that their regular income must be re-allocated to care for their child. Our goal is to help with everyday household living expenses, and lift some of the financial burden to allow families to focus on the health and happiness of their child. In support of this mission, The Jack Strong Foundation provides financial assistance to families, with financial needs resulting from expenses associated with their child’s cancer treatments. We will work with donations received to fill as many applications as possible. All applications received will be reviewed and processed by the board members of the foundation. Upon approval, we will provide grants of up to $500.00 per family/per year.
This program is currently limited to the East Coast of the United States as well as our home state of West Virginia, Ohio and also Michigan.
